I'm not an expert in PC's but found out how to activate Allshare.
For me It's complicated. Then login as this "Super" administrator. In this mode the allshare worked very good. But then you should stay logged in as this hidden administra.
Once you've installed Allshare and undo by cmd this hidden administrator and login with you "normal" administator account. A lot of different things can happen when opening allshare but it does not work anymore. I'm not sure if the issue has to be resolved by Samsung or Microsoft or the both of them.

You left that part out. Why do you do that? It's a red dialog box I have never seen before, such as some sort of virus, or bug built in to the software. There aren't many good answers here. This site in other languages x.
